Item arrived on time and packaged very well. Phone appears to be new as described in Samsung box with accessories included. No marks on the phone anywhere with the original screen protector installed. Put in sim and sd cards from old phone, fired up, then called cell provider to register/activate and all went well. Still testing the phone, but so far no problems. Therefore, can recommend this seller and its been a positive experience.

Exactly as described. Arrived right on time. Works fine. Was happy this new S20+ was still available. At a reasonable price. I have S10+, which still works great, but is out of updates. I didn't want any of the Samsung models newer than S20 because s20 is the last one that still allows for an SD card - on which I currently have 300GB of audiobooks which would otherwise have to crowd the 512gb internal space or be kept in the cloud.

This is a great phone! It is the first Samsung model that supports eSIM, which makes it so easy to use in other countries at very cheap rates. I picked this Seller because they have a good reputation and provide a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects (Samsung warranty does not cover any ebay items). I got a quick and acceptable response from the Seller on a couple of concerns I had when I received the product with the assurance that I could get a full refund it not happy, I'm happy!
